Florence Martinet, who took her oath on December 15, 2000, specializes in business law in all its aspects, particularly in banking law where she has gained significant experience. She initially practiced for about a decade in law firms specializing in advising the State Council and the Court of Cassation, then in international firms (Kramer Levin, Hogan Lovells) before participating in the creation of the Swift Litigation Firm at the beginning of 2022.

Aurélien Gazel, who has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2007 and a member of the Association Droit et Procédure, brings significant experience to the table.
Aurélien Gazel has considerable experience in commercial law and business litigation, with a particular focus on insolvency law. He worked alongside Julien Martinet at the law firms Kramer Levin and Hogan Lovells.
Prior to that, he spent 7 years in the commercial law team at the Vatier & Associés firm in Paris, under the leadership of the bar president Bernard Vatier.
Aurélien Gazel regularly publishes articles in the Journal spécial des sociétés in his areas of expertise (insolvency proceedings, civil procedure, hidden defects warranty).
